Irvine, CA—September 30, 2019: This week CDF Capital announced that it has hired Ed Jones as Vice President of Ministry Development for the Northwest region of the U.S., including Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.
“We have taken a slow and deliberative path to fill this role, and we have found a terrific fit for the region and for our organization,” said Mark Briggs, Executive Vice President of Lending & Investments. “It is apparent that Ed has great capacity and a Kingdom heart for serving churches and leaders.”
Ed comes to CDF from William Jessup University, where he worked as the Director of Strategic Giving for the last 5 years. Before that, Ed had 12 years of experience working in both residential and commercial lending. For 6 of those years, Ed was a Ministry Development Officer with ECCU. Ed and his wife, Christy, have two sons and attend LifePoints Church in Fair Oaks, California.
“I am excited to begin with CDF Capital, as this role is the ideal fit for my gifts and passions,” said Ed.
