Brad Dupray
Brad Dupray, Senior Vice President, Ministry Development for CDF Capital, began his career with CDF in 1989. Since that time, he has seen the fund make over 1,000 loans for over $1.5 billion. Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Church Growth and Bible from Hope International University and an MBA from National University. Prior to his time with CDF Brad served on the staff of three churches in Southern California. While he was serving as Chairman of the Elders at Crossroads Christian Church in Corona, California, the church completed a $22 million campus expansion that included a 3,200 seat worship center. Brad and his wife, Kathy, live in Corona and attend VantagePoint Church in Eastvale, California.

Jim Marr
Jim Marr lives in Beaverton, Oregon with his wife and 2 sons. He is a graduate of George Fox University and has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate financial planning, accounting, and litigation consulting. Jim enjoys spending time in the beauty of God’s creation with his family and friends on backpacking, hiking, camping, and road trips. His life has been transformed by God through actively serving in his local church as a volunteer in a variety of ministries. Jim’s role at CDF Capital allows him to leverage his financial acumen while partnering with growing churches in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Northern California.

Joe Graham
Joe Graham joined CDF Capital in October 2019. He lives in Colorado with his wife, Amy, of 20 years and their three children. He comes to CDF Capital with over 18 years of church and nonprofit lending and banking experience.
Raised as a pastor’s kid, Joe is passionate about helping churches reach their mission and vision and seeing lives changed by Christ. In his position at CDF Capital, he is able to use his heart for Christ, his finance degree, and his work experience to provide insight into churches’ unique ministry needs.

Dirk Scates
Dirk is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, a 3rd generation Christian Church preacher. After graduating from Manhattan Christian College in 1982 Dirk served at Northwest Christian, Phoenix, AZ (10 yrs.), Providence Christian, Sugarland, TX (10yrs.) & Tonganoxie Christian, Tonganoxie, KS (10 yrs.) After thirty years in located ministries he loves Jesus even more and he still loves the church!
Dirk has been married for 36 years to his wife, Shelley, who is a 7th grade technology teacher in Tonganoxie. They have three children, Drew, a campus pastor in Omaha, NE, Dylan, who works construction in Kansas City and Sagan Hundley who works for a non-profit in Kansas City.

Steve Carr
Steve Carr has over two decades of experience helping churches and non-profits navigate the cultural landscape. Whether providing strategic resources or helping organizations adapt foundational principles to transitioning markets, Steve is an expert at communicating with clarity in ever-changing contexts. An ordained minister and theologian, he holds advanced degrees from Cincinnati Christian University, Xavier University, and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Steve spent ten years working in higher education, both as an administrator and professor. In 2005, he founded Echo Church in Cincinnati, where he is currently an elder. Since 2016, Steve has served as Vice President of Ministry Development at CDF Capital.

Matthew Carter
Matthew Carter is an Atlanta native and has been serving the local church for more than 25 years. He was on staff with 2 church plants in the Atlanta area. His expertise in church consulting began in the areas of stewardship development, church growth, and leadership. This experience segued into 12 years in church lending and financial consulting across the southeast. Since 1998, Matthew has worked with more than 1,000 churches. Matthew and his wife Deanna have been married 25 years and have 6 children. Matthew sees his role with CDF Capital as an opportunity to lock arms with local pastors to see their visions flourish. Matthew will serve churches in the southeastern states of Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, as well as Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
