Anna Bedley

Position: Vice President, Loan Operations

Anna Bedley joined the CDF Capital team in 2003 as a Project Manager. She has spent her CDF career implementing technological efficiencies and streamlining operational processes. Anna now serves as Vice President of Loan Operations. Her previous experience includes logistics consulting for Fortune 500 companies and managing the Professional Services Division of a technology solution-sales organization. Anna holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge.

Chris Csergei

Position: Director of Investor Relations

Chris Csergei joined the CDF Capital team in 2008 as an Investment Servicing Rep. He has spent his time at CDF implementing changes to improve customer service, increase the efficiency and response time to customers’ requests, and enhance the customer experience. Chris now services as Director of Investor Relations, where he leads a team of dedicated individuals who seek to connect our investors with CDF Capital’s mission of helping churches grow. Chris was raised and educated in the Christian Church tradition, growing up at First Christian Church in Hillsboro, Oregon and receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry from Hope International University. He and his wife, Danielle, have three sons.

Daron Rogers

Position: Vice President, Senior Loan Officer

Daron Rogers came to CDF Capital in 2015 with over 20 years of experience in church and nonprofit lending. This includes holding positions of increasing responsibility at two nationally recognized Christian credit unions, where he developed and managed new business nationwide. Recognized for his strong commitment to serving the needs of the faith-based and nonprofit communities, Daron provides the skills and expertise necessary to help achieve financial goals and fulfill ministry vision.

David Pace

Position: Founding Director, Kairos Benevolence Fund

David is a 1974 graduate of the Cincinnati Christian University; and was Ordained into the Christian ministry in January of 1975.

Raised in a Pastor’s home, David has devoted his career to serving Christ’s Kingdom. He has served overseas on the mission field; pastored three local congregations; and given more than 35 years to assisting churches with their building and expansion programs.

David also has a passion for ministry co-workers, who after a lifetime of kingdom service, find themselves facing health or financial issues they don’t have the resources to meet. So, in 2012, David led in the founding of the Kairos Benevolence Fund.

David and his wife, Joy, live near Tucson, Arizona.

Daryl Gest

Position: Executive Director, Technology Projects

Daryl Gest began his time at CDF Capital in 2002 as Director of Information Technology. Much of his work has been to provide an integrated view of customers, implement a seamless process for loan and investment activity, and improve communication technology internally and with customers. He is currently the Executive Director of Technology Projects. Before leading technology at CDF, Daryl ran various software and infrastructure groups at Ziff Davis, First Capital, EF Hutton Life Insurance, Tenneco, and other companies. Daryl holds degrees from Biola and Coleman University.

Kristen Raskulinecz

Position: Director, People Services

Kristen Raskulinecz joined CDF Capital in 2013 as the People Services Director. She has 20 years of Human Resources experience, having previously worked in executive management in the staffing and banking industries. Her HR management experience includes recruitment and retention, employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational development. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Cal State Fullerton and has earned two Human Resources certifications—the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Robert Bedley

Position: Director, Technology Services

Robert Bedley joined the CDF Capital team in 2004 as Systems Support Technician. He has spent his time at CDF working hands on with CDF’s computer infrastructure. Robert now serves as Director of Technology Services, planning and implementing new services, applications, and security while adapting CDF to the ever-changing world of technology.

Position: Corporate Controller

Sandy Litke joined CDF Capital in 2007 and has faithfully served as Corporate Controller since. Sandy leads the accounting team, providing leadership and expertise to her group.
