Give It Twice

Re-gifting is a thing. You receive something that you don’t need (or want), keep it unopened and unused, then at some point pass it on to someone else who may be able to use it. Voila, the re-gift!

For the Christian steward there is something that can be even better—the “twice-given gift.” With this concept, one can gift an asset to family (once) and gift it to Kingdom work (twice) as well. Individual retirement accounts (IRAs) are excellent for this strategy, but other assets may also work in the right circumstances.
