Tips for Businesses: CDF Capital’s Sean Morgan Shares with KUSI News

While many leaders want to go back to the way things were, Sean Morgan, Vice President of CDF Capital’s Leadership Capital division, shares why that thought pattern is wrong. Businesses are now focused on operations all 7 days of the week. Now more than ever business leaders must shift their strategy if they have not already as they begin to reopen.

Sean shares with KUSI news advice for business leaders as restrictions are being lifted and businesses are now able to open up. He explains it is imperative that leaders prepare for what is ahead and offer some practical things that people can do including the importance of developing their character in addition to their craft.

Sean was a member of the US Air Force for 24 years with 4 combat deployments and 600+ combat hours. His experience has enabled him to develop an ability to consider and assess risks that pose a threat and those that pose a concern. He continues to serve our country as a KC-10 pilot in the Air Force Reserve.

CDF Capital is committed to equipping pastors so that they can show up and bring their full selves to the platform wherever they preach and lead.

Sean oversees the Leadership Capital team—which is focused on elevating local church leaders and their Kingdom impact. Recently CDF Capital launched Craft & Character, which helps leaders and pastors ensure that their character leads the way, so that they can bring their full selves to the platform whenever they preach and lead.

Leaders and pastors have lived through the initial challenges of COVID-19. Attention will begin to turn toward businesses and churches reopening for gatherings. While it might still be some time before large gatherings can take place again, it is imperative that leaders prepare for what is ahead. Craft & Character hopes that by creating an interactive forum, that leaders will be empowered to share ideas, create practical strategies that they can implement and develop relationships with colleagues to support one another through the process.

Craft & Character started with the goal to help pastors ensure that their character leads the way. CDF Capital is committed to equipping pastors so that they can show up and bring their full selves to the platform wherever they preach and lead. From podcasts, to video resources, to cohorts, and retreats—the CDF Capital team is dedicated to the life, health, and ministry of those who share the gospel.
