Dusty Rubeck

Dusty Rubeck

PRESIDENT

Dusty Rubeck was appointed president of CDF Capital in 2014, following ten years as president of Dallas Christian College. He has also served as Chairman, President and CEO of the Christian Network, Inc. and was the Executive Director for the North American Christian Convention. Dusty was a member of CDF’s Board of Directors from 1999 to 2006, and a member of the Board of Directors of Provision Ministry Group from 2003 to 2006. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dallas Christian College.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Phil Pike joined the staff of CDF Capital in 2002 with nearly a decade of experience in banks and credit unions. He worked as operations manager of Long Beach Schools Financial Credit Union and has held a number of positions with CDF, in both the investment and lending departments, including Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2015, Mr. Pike was appointed Executive Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University Long Beach, and attends Long Beach Christian Fellowship in Long Beach, California.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, LENDING AND INVESTMENTS (interim)

Mark Briggs joined CDF Capital in February of 2001. Mark is an ordained minister, and spent 10 years in local church ministry prior to joining CDF – primarily at Chandler Christian Church in Chandler, Arizona, where he worked with students and served on the preaching team. Mark is a 1993 graduate of Pacific Christian College. He and his wife, Winnie, have three young children.

VICE PRESIDENT, LEADERSHIP CAPITAL

Sean Morgan joined CDF Capital in 2014 to launch the Leadership Capital Team – focused on elevating local church leaders and their kingdom impact. A nationally known coach and speaker, Sean finds great joy in navigating ministries from obstacles to opportunities. He has developed a national reputation for connecting ministry leaders and being a catalyst of fresh vision; he founded and curates theascentleader.org. Sean served as Executive Pastor and CFO at New Life Church in Northern California. He’s a husband to his amazing bride Stacy and a father to two incredible teenagers, Kaylee and Ayden. In his spare time he serves our country as a KC-10 pilot in the Air Force Reserve.

VICE PRESIDENT, LOAN OPERATIONS

Anna Bedley joined the CDF Capital team in 2003 as a Project Manager. She has spent her CDF career implementing technological efficiencies and streamlining operational processes. Anna now serves as Vice President of Loan Operations. Her previous experience includes logistics consulting for Fortune 500 companies and managing the Professional Services Division of a technology solution-sales organization. Anna holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge.

DIRECTOR, INVESTOR RELATIONS

Chris Csergei joined the CDF Capital Team in 2008 as an Investment Servicing Rep. He has spent his time at CDF implementing changes to improve customer service, increase the efficiency and response time to customers request, and enhance the customer’s experience. Chris now services as Director of Investor Relations, where he lead a team of dedicated individuals who seek to connect our investors with CDF Capital’s mission of helping churches grow. Chris was raised and educated in the Christian Church tradition, growing up at First Christian Church in Hillsboro Oregon and receiving a Bachelor of Art in Ministry from Hope International University. He and his wife, Danielle, have three sons.

Daron Rogers came to CDF Capital in 2015 with over 20 years of experience in church and nonprofit lending. This includes holding positions of increasing responsibility at two nationally recognized Christian credit unions, where he developed and managed new business nationwide. Recognized for his strong commitment to serving the needs of the faith-based and non-profit communities, he provides the skills and expertise necessary to help you achieve your financial goals and fulfill your ministry vision.

Daryl Gest

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS

Daryl Gest began his time at CDF in 2002 as Director of Information Technology. Much of his work has been to provide an integrated view of our customers, implement a seamless process for loan and investment activity, and to improve communication technology internally and with customers. He is currently the Executive Director of Technology Projects. Before leading technology at CDF he ran various software and infrastructure groups at Ziff Davis, First Capital and EF Hutton Life Insurance, Tenneco and other companies. Daryl holds degrees from Biola and Coleman Universities.

DIRECTOR, PEOPLE SERVICES

Kristen Raskulinecz joined CDF Capital in 2013 as the People Services Director. She has twenty years of Human Resources experience, having previously worked in executive management in the staffing and banking industries. Her HR management experience includes recruitment and retention, employee relations, leadership coaching and organizational development. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Cal State Fullerton, and has earned two Human Resources Certifications, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Nathan R. Elson

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MARKETING &
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Nathan R. Elson joined the CDF Capital team in late 2015. Nathan has spent over 20 years following his two passions, ministry and marketing. Nathan has helped denominations, large ministries, local churches, and Christian publishers tell their stories and engage their audiences. Prior to joining CDF Capital Nathan served on the Executive Team of Rock Church, a mega-church in San Diego, overseeing Sundays, creative, and communications. Nathan attended Talbot Seminary and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Long Beach.

DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Robert Bedley joined the CDF Capital team in 2004 as Systems Support Technician. He has spent his time at CDF working hands on with CDF’s computer infrastructure. Robert now serves as the Director of Technology Services, planning and implementing new services, applications and security while adapting CDF to the ever changing world of technology.

Sandy Litke joined CDF Capital in 2007 and has faithfully served as the corporate controller since. Sandy leads the accounting team, providing leadership and expertise to her team.

Tami Milbrandt joined the CDF Capital team in 2013 with a passion for utilizing her marketing expertise to help churches grow. Over the course of her career, Tami has served with multiple ministries—overseeing digital strategy, leading communication and distribution efforts and managing the marketing team. Tami graduated from the University of Colorado with Bachelor of Arts in Economics and then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Business Administration.

Anna leads our Loan Operations team and provides oversight for our various compliance requirements. Her and her team walk churches through the life of their loan, from closing, to funding, to servicing.

Chris leads our Investor Relations team and provides oversight for our core investments and customer service. He and his team handle the investment process from opening, to servicing, and ultimately distributing funds on deposit.

Daron is our lead Loan Officer and provides oversight into our credit and risk analysis for partner churches. He and his team ensure that all of the factors have been weighed and measured prior to us funding a loan.
