To receive this certification, organizations must receive exemplary ratings by their own employees through BCWI’s Employee Engagement Survey. In the survey CDF and the other 86 honorees were evaluated by and met the standards that are outlined in BCWI’s FLOURISH model: fantastic teams, life-giving work, outstanding talent, uplifting growth, rewarding compensation, inspirational leadership, sustainable strategy, and healthy communication.
“The sense of commitment and team spirit I witness each week at CDF is worthy of recognition,” said Dusty Rubeck, President of CDF Capital. “The work we do is not usually easy, and it is typically hidden behind the scenes. But our team is making a big impact on growing churches, and thus they are part of changing the world. That is a cause worth pursuing.”
For the past 15 years, more than 300,000 employees have completed BCWI’s Employee Engagement Survey, representing over 950 faith-based non-profits, churches, and Christian-owned businesses in the U.S., Australia, Africa, Asia, Canada, Europe, and Central America.
BCWI is an international non-profit, research-based, organizational development and human resources firm with the mission to equip and inspire Christian leaders in the workplace.
