CDF CapitalTM Appoints New Senior Vice President of Ministry Development

David Pace Joins CDF Capital for Key Role in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado

Irvine, CA – February, 2017 – Dusty Rubeck, President of CDF CapitalTM (CDF) announced the addition of a new Senior Vice President to its Ministry Development team. David Pace has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President of Ministry Development for Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. David’s role positions him to serve local churches, furthering CDF Capital’s mission, “Helping Churches Grow”.

In addition, David will continue to lead the Kairos Benevolence Fund as its Founder.

David will report to Executive Vice President of Lending and Investments,

David brings with him over forty years of ministry experience serving Restoration Movement churches as he rejoins the CDF Capital team. For more than twenty-six years he served as president of The Christian Church Extension Foundation (CCEF) located in Denver, Colorado, providing nationwide investment and church lending services until 2003 when its assets were acquired by CDF. In addition, David worked as vice president for Foundation Capital Resources until 2008 when he joined CDF.

In 2010, David led the establishment of Kairos Legacy Partners, with the mission of providing counsel and care to the leaders of declining churches. In 2012, David also led the founding of the Kairos Benevolence Fund, a ministry to provide emergency assistance to aging Christian church ministers and missionaries facing specific health or financial crises. Over the years the Fund has raised nearly $1.1 million for this purpose. David will continue to serve in this capacity along with his ministry development responsibilities for CDF.

David resides in Tuscon, Arizona with his wife Joy and attends Pantano Christian Church.
